This blend works to cool the body by opening the pores to break a sweat and release heat, making it great for hot summer days and/or colds and flu. It is a delicious tea iced or made into a tea cocktail or mocktail!
Organic and wild harvested herbs of: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra).
Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy 1-3 cups a day. Great hot or iced.
